We will surely be hearing a lot more about this consummate performer and charismatic artist who, against all odds left his small, beautiful island of Dominica , on a hot day in December 1979, only to arrive in Ottawa , Canada on a cold snow-storm night and made a name for himself in the world. It is worth noting that Lazo also holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto, Canada.
